The first-half audition for rookie musician project, ‘2018 EBS Hello Rookie with KOCCA’ will be held at EBS Space Hall in coming May 8. EBS <Space Gonggam> and Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) will be holding the audition together.

Total of 353 teams registered for the audition and 11 teams passed the music file and video file screening. The 11 teams will be participating in the audition in coming May 8.

The following teams will be on the audition stage after coming through tough competition. Gerda, GongJoongGeuNeul, THE SOUND, Ronny Chu, Syn Hjang, I’ll, Okmin and Ddeng Yeosa, UZA&SHANE, Organic Bear, Cheonseohye Band, and Kisnue. Those teams will show passionate performance and will compete for tickets to the main match.

5 teams selected as ‘Hello Rookie of First-Half’ through audition will be on the main match for ‘2018 EBS Hello Rookie with KOCCA’ scheduled in October. The teams will also get various supports such as participation in domestic music festival, rent of band practice room, and mentoring.

Furthermore, after passing the main match, the teams will be on the year-end final match for ‘2018 EBS Hello Rookie with KOCCA’. The teams will also have the benefits of producing new album, music video, live video and winning prize money. 

People will meet talented rookies following Guckkasten, Kiha & Faces, Daybreak, and Jambinai at  ‘2018 EBS Hello Rookie with KOCCA’. Viewers who wish to watch the first-half audition can apply via EBS Space Gonggam homepage.
